All services provided by Urbanfeat Consulting are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and requirements discussed with the client prior to engagement. Since our services are professional and time-based, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- If the service has not yet been initiated after payment
- If there is a verified billing error or duplicate payment
- If Urbanfeat Consulting is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on project status and agreement terms.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the project work has already started or been completed
- If delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
- If the client changes project requirements after work has started
- If dissatisfaction arises from subjective expectations not included in the agreed scope
Project-Based Services
For ERP, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, IT consulting, and staffing services:
- Payments made for milestones already completed are non-refundable
- Any cancellation will be evaluated based on work completed up to that point
- Remaining work may be paused or terminated based on mutual agreement
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team. Cancellation approval depends on project status and contractual obligations. Any applicable refund (if eligible) will be processed after review.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway procedures.
